According to reports, "Haiyang Shiyou 122" is composed of functional modules on the hull and deck, with a maximum diameter of about 90 meters, a main deck area equivalent to 13 standard basketball courts, and a maximum displacement of 10 10,000 tons, with a maximum oil storage capacity of 60,000 tons, and can operate continuously at sea for 15 years without returning to dock.
The construction manager said in an interview that the Haiyang Shiyou 122" adopts a new cylindrical structure design. Compared with the traditional ship structure, it uses less steel, has good overall stability and can withstand harsh conditions. The characteristics of strong sea condition capability effectively improve the economic applicability.
In order to adapt to harsh sea conditions, the "Haiyang Shiyou 122" hull adopts a double-bottom design and is composed of 123 segments, including 41. Each independent cabin has a total weight of 27,000 tons. Since the hull is made of special-shaped segments, the center of gravity and installation of each segment restrict each other. The main dimensional tolerance after the hull is closed needs to be controlled to within 25 mm, which requires space planning, equipment pipeline layout, and accuracy.
"Offshore Oil 122" will next enter the final assembly and integration stage. After completion next year, it will serve in the Liuhua Oilfield in the Pearl River Mouth Basin, providing economic and efficient development of my country's deepwater oil and gas fields. New selection
